Passion, attitude, enthusiasm are their stand out criteria. They can offer experience in due course but want students and graduates who fit with AutoTraders ideology. A graduates backgorund or experience simply wasnt as significant to them as personality and personal values. The graduates who now work for Autotrader citied the companies friendly and non-corporate atmosphere as to why they felt so comfortable and happy to work there.
