I am one of those people who need music to revise. Some people need silence, I need noise. Body and mind are in sync and operate together. One needs the other to work. I find if I play music when revising, my feet tap and I have more energy. That fires my brain into overdrive and I get more done. The music, however needs to have the following attributes: –
1) Fast(ish) paced (Im not thinking happy hardcore here)
2) Repetitive
3) Relatively vocal free.
