Here is a template to email a mentor Kloodle account instructions: –

Dear XXXXX,

Many thanks for agreeing to provide mentorship services to our college. To create your account on Kloodle: –

1. Visit https:://XXXXXX.kloodle.com (where XXX = your college username. Ask Kloodle if unsure)
2. Create an account by filling in the form here.
3. Once you have created an account, you’ll be able to log in
4. Once you have logged in, click the “Groups” icon on the left hand side
5. Click “Kloodle Wide Groups”
6. Search for XXXXXX group and click join.
7. Wait for acceptance to group. You will then be able to interact with your mentee in that group
